Refund & Cancellation Policy – Satvik Tiffins

At Satvik Tiffins, all meals are freshly prepared daily using premium ingredients. As meals are made to order and offered at discounted rates, we follow a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy once an order or plan is confirmed.

No Refunds or Cancellations

  • Once a weekly or monthly meal plan is purchased, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Customers may pause or reschedule deliveries by informing us at least one day in advance.

Quality and Delivery Issues

  • Report any meal quality or delivery issue within 2 hours of delivery.

  • After verification, we may offer a replacement meal or an extra meal as a goodwill gesture.

  • Refunds are provided only in verified cases where the issue is solely on our part.

Flexibility

  • Plans can be paused, resumed, or shifted anytime with prior notice.

  • This ensures flexibility while maintaining quality and fairness for all customers.

Service Overview

We provide fresh, homestyle vegetarian meals through single, weekly, or monthly plans.

Order & Payment

  • All payments must be made in advance through approved payment gateways.

  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Delivery Policy

  • Meals are delivered during fixed time slots.

  • Delays due to weather or traffic will be communicated.

  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to incomplete or unreachable address, the meal will be marked delivered.

Pause and Resume

  • Plans can be paused or shifted by notifying us one day in advance.

Food Handling

  • Meals should be consumed within 2 hours of delivery.

  • Satvik Tiffins is not liable for any health issues caused by improper storage or reheating.

Discounts & Offers

  • Discounts and offers may change without notice and cannot be combined unless specified.

Liability

  • Our liability is limited to replacement or extra meals in verified cases of error.

Privacy & Communication

  • By ordering, you consent to receive transactional and promotional updates via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

  • We do not share customer data with third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes will be under the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

1. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently provide meal delivery only within selected areas of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

  • Shipping services are not available outside our operational zones.

2. Delivery Timings

  • Our delivery slots for lunch and dinner are fixed as per designated routes.

  • While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

  • Any significant delay will be communicated in advance.

3. Delivery Process

  • All meals are freshly prepared and packed in eco-friendly, food-grade containers under strict hygiene standards.

  • We recommend consuming meals within 2 hours of delivery to ensure freshness and safety.

4. Missed or Failed Deliveries

  • If the delivery address is incorrect, inaccessible, or the customer is unavailable, the order will be marked as delivered and no replacement or refund will be provided.

  • Customers can pause or reschedule delivery by informing our team one day in advance.

5. Delivery Charges

  • We currently offer free delivery within our serviceable areas unless stated otherwise during order confirmation.

6. Incorrect Details

  • Satvik Tiffins shall not be held responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.

7. Delivery Confirmation

  • Customers may receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification once their meal has been delivered.

  • If you do not receive your meal or find any issue, please report it to our support team within 2 hours of the scheduled delivery time.
